Welcome to Middletown Tree Service. By using our website or hiring us for tree-related services, you agree to follow the terms and conditions below. Please read them carefully before booking or using any of our services.

1. General Information

Middletown Tree Service provides professional tree removal, trimming, stump grinding, and related tree care services in and around Middletown, Connecticut.
By contacting us or requesting a quote, you confirm that you’re at least 18 years old and authorized to request work on the property in question.

2. Estimates and Pricing

All quotes and estimates are based on the information provided at the time of inspection or request.
Prices may change if:

  • Site conditions differ from what was initially discussed,
  • Additional work is requested, or
  • Unexpected hazards (power lines, hidden debris, rot, etc.) are discovered.

We’ll always inform you before any price adjustments are made.

3. Scheduling and Access

Customers must ensure our crew has safe access to the property and work area on the scheduled service day.
Please keep pets, vehicles, and personal belongings clear of the work zone for everyone’s safety.
Weather or unsafe conditions may cause rescheduling—our team will notify you as soon as possible.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of the job unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept cash, check, or other approved payment methods.
Late payments may result in service charges or collection actions.

5. Property Damage and Liability

We take every precaution to protect your property. However:

  • We are not responsible for minor lawn, ground, or root damage caused by normal equipment use.
  • We are not liable for damage to underground utilities or hidden obstacles (pipes, irrigation, cables) unless we were informed about them in advance.

Middletown Tree Service carries liability insurance, but the customer is responsible for providing accurate information about site conditions.

6. Tree Health and Risk

Tree work carries inherent risks. While we use industry best practices, we cannot guarantee the long-term health or stability of trees after trimming or pruning.
We may refuse to perform work that poses unreasonable danger to our crew or property.

7. Cleanup and Debris Removal

Unless otherwise specified in the written quote, standard cleanup includes removal of limbs and brush generated by our crew.
Firewood, wood chips, or logs left on-site become the property owner’s responsibility unless prior arrangements are made.

8. Cancellations

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
Short-notice cancellations or no-shows may incur a service fee.

9. Website Use

By using our website, you agree not to misuse it or submit false information through contact or quote forms.
We reserve the right to modify or remove website content at any time.

10. Limitation of Liability

Middletown Tree Service will not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages,
  • Delays caused by weather, equipment issues, or third parties,
  • Work requested outside the scope of the written estimate.
